Shuen Chan

Shuen Chan is responsible for LGIM's ESG strategy and integration in Real Assets. Shuen joined LGIM in 2020 from an ESG advisory, which she co-founded and where was managing partner. She worked closely with institutional investors to build the case for sustainable investing and the transition to a low-carbon economy. Shuen has served on the CFA ESG Advisory Board and is a co-author of the ESG syllabus. Shuen holds a bachelor’s in economics from Adelaide University, and an MBA from Imperial College Business School. She serves on the development board of Ashden, a charitable organisation on sustainable energy, and is a trustee of a family foundation, Lightbulb Trust, which supports education and literacy.
